Services according to HOAI (Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers, appendix 4 concerning § 18 or appendix 5 concerning § 19)

  • Analysing the task and determining the scope of services (phase 1)
  • Determining the planning specifications (phase 2)
  • Preliminary draft (phase 3), e.g. briefing of public authorities (§ 4 BauGB, Town and Country Planning Code) and early information of the public (§ 3 BauGB, Town and Country Planning Code)
  • Draft (phase 4), e.g. including assistance with public display (§ 3 BauGB, Town and Country Planning Code), with obtaining statements of the public authorities (§ 4 BauGB, Town and Country Planning Code) as well as the dealing with possible concerns and suggestions (§ 2 BauGB, Town and Country Planning Code)
  • Planning version ready for approval (phase 5), e.g. for display or presentation for approval by a higher administrative authority (§ 6 or § 10 BauGB, Town and Country Planning Code)
